A standard 3m x 3m shell scheme stand at a UAE exhibition typically requires: a back wall graphic or fabric backdrop, two or three roll-up banners, a branded tablecloth, business cards, leaflets or brochures, and possibly a floor graphic or aisle runner.

PVC-printed backdrops are a cost-effective alternative, but they are heavier, can crease, and require more careful handling.

For all large format exhibition graphics, confirm: the exact physical dimensions including bleed, the resolution of your artwork (3,000px at 1m width minimum, viewable from 1–3m), whether the graphic needs to attach to a specific hardware system, and any deadlines for delivery or installation.

Lead times for UAE exhibition printing. Standard roll-up banners and digital printed backdrops: 3–5 working days. Fabric-printed backdrops: 5–7 working days. Complex custom stands with fabrication: 2–3 weeks minimum. Rush production is available but adds significant cost — plan for standard lead times wherever possible.

What to avoid. Submitting artwork the day before an event is the most common exhibition printing mistake. Files submitted without bleed, at screen resolution, or in RGB colour mode require correction time that can push delivery past your deadline.
